MFJ means the Modification of Final Judgment agreed to by the American Telephone and Telegraph Company and the U.S. Department of Justice and approved by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on August 24, 1982, as reported in United States v. Western Electric Company, Inc., et al., 552 F. Supp. 131 (D.D.C. 1982), aff'd sub nom Maryland v. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇ (1983) and any subsequent orders or amendments issued in connection therewith.
