MFG/PRO Software means the generally available language version(s) of the software marketed by QAD under the "MFG/PRO" trademark, including the database definition, the object code and source code, related documentation and manuals and possible enhancements and modifications and the generally available new releases.

  • Sellers and Buyers agree to use their reasonable efforts to cause Sellers' existing SI customers with QAD MFG/PRO Software licenses to sign a license agreement directly with Buyers or such other affiliated company of Buyers as appropriate.

  • Such sites must intend to purchase MFG/PRO Software or On/Q Software within one (1) year of receipt of QAD's offer to purchase such software in conjunction with Paragon Applications.

  • In no event shall QAD be liable for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever including, without limitation, time, money or goodwill arising from, or in connection with, the use or inability to use the MFG/PRO Software or On/Q Software.

  • New versions of Paragon's API shall be concurrent with new releases of MFG/PRO Software and On/Q Software.

Related to MFG/PRO Software

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.
