MFAP definition

MFAP means the manual, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, contained in the Project Implementation Manual (as hereinafter defined) and outlining the financial and accounting procedures, policies, and guidelines to be followed by the Borrower in Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the MFAP;

  • The MFAP committee members will forward complete claim forms directly to the Human Resources Department for processing.

  • The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the PIM and MFAP, and shall not amend or waive any provision thereof, which in the opinion of the Association shall materially or adversely impact the implementation of the Project.

  • Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (a) apply the criteria, policies, procedures and arrangements set out in the MOP and MFAP; and (b) not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived, the MOP and MFAP, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

  • The PCMU shall be responsible for the overall implementation of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the PIM, including the MFAP, and the PIP.

Related to MFAP

  • Fiserv means the Company, its direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliated entities, successors, and assigns.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • CRM means the DDA Case Resource Manager.

  • Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).

  • BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).
