MFA Act definition

MFA Act means the Mortgage Finance Authority Act, enacted as Chapter 303 of the Laws of 1975 of the State of New Mexico, as amended (being Sections 58-18-1 through 58-18-27, inclusive, N.M.S.A. (1978), as amended).
