MF DOCUMENTS definition
MF DOCUMENTS means the MF Credit Agreement and any and all notes, guaranties, security agreements, assignments, mortgages, pledge agreements, financing statements, fixture filings, and other agreements, instruments or documents which govern, evidence or guarantee any of the MF Obligations or which grant or convey any of the MF Liens, and any extensions, renewals or modifications thereof or replacements therefor.
