Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Ground Level means the level of the referred point of exposed surface of the ground as indicated in the drawing.
Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.
Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;
Sound level means the A-weighted Sound Pressure Level;
Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index
Floor Level means that stage of construction which in the completed building would constitute the walking surface of the particular floor level referred to in the table of payments.
Use Level means the license use meter or model (which may include operating system, hardware system, application or machine tier limitations, if applicable) by which Symantec measures, prices and licenses the right to use the Licensed Software, in effect at the time an order is placed for such Licensed Software, as indicated in this License Agreement and the applicable License Instrument.
Level has the meaning given that term in the definition of the term “Applicable Margin.”
Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
Senior Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of Total Debt less the sum of (a) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Senior Subordinated Notes plus (b) Available Cash on such date to Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters most recently ended on or prior to such date.
Percolation test means a subsurface soil test at the depth of a proposed absorption system or similar component of an OWTS to determine the water absorption capability of the soil, the results of which are normally expressed as the rate at which one inch of water is absorbed. The rate is expressed in minutes per inch.
Elevated blood lead level means a level of lead in blood that is any of the following:
Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.
Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.
First Lien Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated First Lien Net Indebtedness as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.
Subordination Level On any specified date, with respect to any Class of Class X-X Regular Interests, the percentage obtained by dividing the aggregate Class Principal Balance of such Class and the Classes of Class X-X Regular Interests which are subordinate in right of payment to such Class by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest as of such date prior to giving effect to distributions of principal and interest and allocations of Realized Losses on the Mortgage Loans on such date.
Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.
Final Trigger Level means 85.00%, being a percentage against which the performance of the Index will be measured in order to determine the Final Redemption Amount.
Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.
Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;
Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.
