Metropolitan System definition
Metropolitan System means that part of the Network bounded to the north by (and including) Nambour station and to the west by (and including) Rosewood and including all branch lines comprised in that part of the Network. Net Financial Effect means the net effect in financial terms of a Material Change on Queensland Rail in relation to performing its obligations or exercising its rights under this agreement including any offsetting benefits or adverse effects directly or indirectly connected to the Material Change (and, for clarification, any change in the funding from governments in respect of the relevant part of the Network for the relevant commodity which is adverse to Queensland Rail shall, to the extent that change affects the financial position of Queensland Rail, be deemed to be an additional cost to Queensland Rail of performing its obligations under this agreement).
Metropolitan System means the system of Sanitary Sewer Collection Lines and appurtenances connected thereto that are owned and operated by Metropolitan, which shall include those Sanitary Sewer Collection Lines and appurtenances existing as of the Effective Date of this Annexation Agreement and those installed, constructed, modified, improved, or replaced thereafter.
Metropolitan System means those parts of the Queensland Rail service radiating from the Brisbane central business district, bounded by Rosewood to the west and Nambour to the north, and that extend south to Varsity Lakes station in the Gold Coast region, as well as south-west to the Acacia Ridge Terminal (illustrated in light green on the map in Figure 4). Where use of the Metropolitan system is referred to as part of the relevant service, it is a reference to the use of the whole of the Metropolitan system;
