Metropolitan facility definition

Metropolitan facility means a structure, fixture, equipment, or property of any kind or nature related to or connected with an intermodal water port, waste disposal system, mass transit system, airport, park, recreation, or bridge, which the authority may construct, acquire, own, lease, or operate, including all related facilities necessary, appurtenant, or incidental to the facilities.

  • Metropolitan Area means that area within a radius of fifty kilometres from the Perth Railway Station.
