Metropolitan Atlanta Area definition

Metropolitan Atlanta Area means the Atlanta-▇▇▇▇▇ Springs-Roswell, GA Metropolitan Statistical Area or any successor to such metropolitan statistical area as determined by the United States Office of Management and Budget. "M/FBE Ownership Requirement" shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.18 of this Agreement. "Minority and Female Business Enterprise (M/FBE)" shall mean (a) a business which is an independent and continuing operation for profit, performing a commercially useful function, and which is majority-owned and controlled by one or more African Americans, Asian Pacific Americans, Hispanic Americans, or females, or a combination thereof, and, for purposes of the M/FBE Ownership Requirement, shall include, (b) a fund or other investment vehicle managed or controlled by a Minority and Female Business Enterprise (M/FBE) under clause (a) of this definition.
