Metro Contract definition

Metro Contract means (i) Ordinance No. 131, Series 2017, duly adopted upon second reading by the Legislative Council of Metro Louisville on August 10, 2017, and approved by the Mayor of Metro Louisville on August 15, 2017, which amended and supplemented Ordinance No. 143, Series 2007, duly adopted upon second reading by the Legislative Council of Metro Louisville on July 26, 2007, and approved by the Mayor of Metro Louisville on July 30, 2007, which declared and ordained the “guaranteed payments” to be made by Metro Louisville for payment of debt service on the Series 2017 Bonds to constitute a long-term debt obligation of Metro Louisville; and (ii) the Second Amended and Restated Memorandum of Agreement dated November 21, 2017, between Metro Louisville and the Corporation providing for the payment by Metro Louisville to the Corporation of annual “guaranteed payments” of $10,800,000, which Second Amended and Restated Memorandum of Agreement, was authorized by Ordinance ▇▇. ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ adopted by its Legislative Council on August 10, 2017, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Unless otherwise required by the Contract Documents, Metro will furnish in writing to the Contractor the names and qualifications of persons or entities that are to perform tests verifying the presence or Metro Contract # absence of such material or substance, or that are to perform the task of removal or safe containment of such material or substance.

  • Specifically, it is a condition of this contract that Metro Contract # CONTRACTOR and all employers working under this Agreement are subject employers that will comply with ORS 656.017 as required by 1989 Oregon Laws, Chapter 684.
