METRO action definition
METRO action means the drafting, introduction, consideration, modification, enactment, or defeat of an ordinance, resolution, contract, or report by the governing board of an organizational unit of METRO, or by METRO official, including any action taken, or required to be taken, by a vote of the members of METRO or by the members of the governing board of an organizational unit of METRO, except those actions relating to Public Utilities Code, Article 10 (commencing with §30750) of Chapter 5 of Part 3 of Division 10.
