METRIS AFFILIATE definition
METRIS AFFILIATE means any corporation or other entity directly or indirectly owned or controlled by Metris (including direct or indirect subsidiaries of Fingerhut Companies, Inc. and including the extended service plan business of Fingerhut Corporation), as of the date of execution of this Agreement, which is includible in the Metris Group. Such corporations or other entities shall specifically, without limitation, include DMCCB Inc.; Direct Merchants Credit Card Bank, National Association; Fingerhut Financial Services Receivables, Inc.; and the extended service plan business of Fingerhut Corporation.
METRIS AFFILIATE means any corporation or other entity directly or indirectly owned or controlled by Metris and which is includible in the Metris Group.
