Methodology Review means the review of the SPC Allocation Methodology to be initiated prior to the first Annual Update process that occurs no later than forty-two months (i.e., 3.5 years) after the SPC Project in-service date.

Methodology Review has the meaning given in paragraph 3.8. Theft Target in respect of SY1 is set out in paragraph 3.6, and for subsequent Scheme Years is to be set as described in paragraphs 3.7 to 3.14 (inclusive); and each Supplier's individual Theft Targets are as described in paragraphs 5.4 to 5.6 (inclusive).
