Methodology Manual definition

Methodology Manual means the Methodology Manual for the Elaboration and Implementation of Training Projects (▇▇▇▇▇▇ Methodologique d’Elaboration et de Realisation de Projets de Formation) dated May 3, 1996, adopted by the MVTE, setting forth the criteria for determining the economic justification for the financing of a Sub-Project (as hereinafter defined), as the same may be updated and revised from time to time in agreement with the Bank;
