Method Transfer definition

Method Transfer means, in respect of the Services, the transfer by INEX and/or INEX’s Third Party contractors to Hana, Hana’s Third Party contractors and/or INEX’s Third Party contractors, of the methods for the testing of Material pursuant to Method Transfer protocols mutually agreed between the Parties, and shall include, without limitation, performance of Method Transfer qualification.
Method Transfer means, in respect of the Services, the transfer by INEX and/or INEX’s Third Party contractors to Hana, Hana’s Third Party contractors and/or INEX’s Third Party contractors, of the methods for the testing of Material pursuant to Method Transfer protocols mutually agreed between the Parties, and shall include without limitation, the performance of Method Transfer qualification.
Method Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.

  • Exempt Transfer means, in relation to shares held by a member:
