METHOD OF COMPUTING. Regular monthly earnings for an hourly-rated employee will represent 4-1/3 times the employee's average weekly earnings exclusive of overtime allowances, during the four weeks prior to departure. (The multiplier of 4-1/3 represents the number of weeks in any average month.)
