Metered Use definition
Metered Use means your access and use of the Software through our public listing on a Marketplace with the Fees for Metered Use as specified on the applicable Marketplace public listing.
Metered Use means Groundwater usage measured by a calibrated, commercial meter installed on a Permitted Well.
