Meter Reading Date definition

Meter Reading Date means the 25th (twenty fifth) day of each calendar month, at 12:00 hours, at the Interconnection Point.
Meter Reading Date for a Billing Period, means the midnight of the last day of the calendar month;
Meter Reading Date means the date fixed for meter reading.

The Routing Point is employed to calculate mileage measurements for the distance-sensitive transport element charges of Switched Access services. The Routing Point need not be the same as the Rating Point, nor must it be located within the Rate Center area, but must be in the same LATA as the NPA-NXX.
