Meter Operator Party means each person admitted in the capacity as such and for the time being and from time to time party to Schedule 21 in accordance with the provisions thereof, and shall include any successor(s) in title to, or permitted assign(s) of, such person;

  • Where the Director determines that there is not good cause for the removal of a Meter Operator Party, the relevant decision of the Executive Committee shall lapse and cease to be effective and such Meter Operator Party shall not be removed as Operator or, as the case may be, Meter Operator Party by virtue of the passing of that resolution.

  • Each Meter Operator Party or, as the case may be, Party shall ensure that any particular authorisation or clearance which is required to be given to ensure access to any Invitee, Registrant or Meter Operator Party in accordance with this paragraph is available on arrival.

  • If any Party or Meter Operator Party is not satisfied with the decision of the Executive Committee, the matter may be referred by such Party or Meter Operator Party to arbitration in accordance with Clause 83 of this Agreement as incorporated into this Schedule by paragraph 24.

  • Upon and as a condition of admission as a Meter Operator Party, a New Meter Operator Party shall execute and deliver such further agreements and documents and shall do all such other acts, matters and things as the Executive Committee may reasonably require.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.
