This Agreement shall terminate only (i) by written consent of the Company, Polaris, Rover and Meteor, (ii) upon the dissolution or liquidation of the Company, or (iii) when no Investor holds any Share Equivalents.
There are no outstanding Orders to which such Stockholder is subject or bound that would reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Meteor Material Adverse Effect.
