Messaging Channels definition
Messaging Channels means any and all (i) web, in-app or other messaging channel enabled by a HUBTYPE SDK, or (ii) a Messaging Platform that is integrated with the HUBTYPE Platform.
Examples of Messaging Channels in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, HUBTYPE will not be liable for any failures in the Service or any other problems which are related to (a) the Customer Data, the Customer Systems, the Messaging Platform, the Messaging Channels, or (b) outages to any telecommunications or public Internet backbones, networks or servers, or other equipment or service outside of HUBTYPE’ facilities or control.
The Services Fees do not include any current or future charges that may be assessed by Third Party Messaging Channels for access to or use of a channel.
