Mesalamine Assets definition
Mesalamine Assets means all rights, title, and interest in and to all assets related to the Business of Respondents Gavis and Novel within the Geographic Territory related to Mesalamine, to the extent legally transferable, including, without limitation, the Categorized Assets related to Mesalamine.
Mesalamine Assets means means the Mesalamine Patents, the Mesalamine Products and the Mesalamine Agreements.
