Mesa Contract definition
Mesa Contract means that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement dated February 6, 1991 executed by and among Mesa Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership, Mesa Operating Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership, and Mesa Midcontinent Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership, as Sellers, and the Company, as Buyer, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement dated February 22, 1991 and as further amended by that certain Second Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement dated March 8, 1991.
