Merus definition

Merus means Merus N.V., a public limited liability company organized under the laws of the Netherlands, and any successors thereto.
Merus means Merus Labs International, Inc., a corporation existing under the BCBCA;
Merus has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Ono will make all payments to Merus under this Agreement without deduction or withholding for taxes except to the extent that any such deduction or withholding is required by law in effect at the time of payment.

  • This “at-will” nature of Executive’s employment shall remain unchanged during Executive’s tenure as an employee and may not be changed, except in an express writing signed by Executive and a duly authorized officer of the Company or of Merus N.V., a Dutch public limited liability company (“Parent”), as applicable.

  • For avoidance of doubt, such insurance obligation by Merus shall not apply to cover any Loss caused by the sale of any Product by Ono to any Third Party.

  • Ono will provide a certificate of insurance (or evidence of self-insurance) evidencing such coverage to Merus upon request.
