MERP definition

MERP means the Merton Estates Regeneration Programme comprising the demolition of existing housing stock and delivery of new housing stock on the Estates by Clarion and as more particularly described and in the planning permissions for the three Estates referenced in the S106 Agreement (references 17/P1717, 17/P1718 and17/P1721)
MERP means the Maa-nulth Electronic Reporting Program which is used to enter Maa-nulth catch data and provide such to DFO;

  • Perform Medicaid Estate Recovery Program (“MERP”) responsibilities in accordance with MERP requirements.

  • The Parties further understand that a promoted or reassigned employee described in this Section shall not have the option to elect in or out of the MERP.

  • The Parties understand that participation in the MERP is irrevocable.

  • Executive is currently eligible to participate in the following plans: Executive Physical Exams, Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan (MERP), Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Group Life Insurance (up to $1 million coverage on Executive’s life), Vision Service Plan (collectively, the “Welfare Benefit Plans”).

Related to MERP

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.

  • Retiree Health Plan means an "employee welfare benefit plan" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA that provides benefits to individuals after termination of their employment, other than as required by Section 601 of ERISA.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.
