Any liability of MERITUS under the preceding sentence shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Instructing Party to MERITUS.
The Instructing Party acknowledges and accepts that MERITUS may provide trustee services to other clients some of which may be in competition with the Instructing Party.
MERITUS may request and retain such information and documentation as is required for these purposes.
