Merisel definition

Merisel as defined in the heading to this Agreement and a Corporate Guarantor under this Agreement.
Merisel means, collectively, Merisel America, Inc. and Merisel Canada.
Merisel means Merisel, Inc. and any parent, subsidiary or affiliated corporations it may have during the term hereof.

  • This Agreement together with the Merisel Employment Agreement signed by Associate sets forth the parties' entire agreement with regard to the subject matter hereof.
