MERI Plan definition

MERI Plan means the Project Monitoring Data, evaluation reporting and improvement information contained in and as part of the Work Plan, and includes the project monitoring data details and all relevant attachments (map, program logic diagram and relevant tables) information and amendments provided in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of MERI Plan in a sentence

  • Where the draft Project MERI Plan is rejected, the Recipient must continue to submit a draft Project MERI Plan, including any necessary amendments until the Department approves a draft Project MERI Plan.

  • Within the relevant timeframe specified in the Milestone Schedule, the Recipient must submit a draft Project MERI Plan for the Department’s approval.

  • Project MERI Plan the plan detailing how the Recipient will conduct and complete the Project, including relevant monitoring and evaluation activities to be undertaken, in accordance with this Agreement and the MERI Strategy, including timeframes for completion of various stages of the Project as amended from time to time in accordance with clause 25(e).

  • Unless the Recipient is otherwise notified by the Department, the Department will reject or approve the draft Project MERI Plan within 30 Business Days of submission by the Recipient under clause 25(b).

  • On notification by the Recipient under clause 30.2 and if requested by the Department, the Recipient must provide to the Department a report within 40 Business Days of the request, including but not limited to the following information : an assessment of the Project to date; an updated Project MERI Plan (Small Projects excepted); and an updated Project Budget.

  • The Project MERI Plan must be reviewed as part of the mid-year progress report (as a minimum) and updated to reflect any changes.

  • On notification by the Recipient under clause 30.2 and if requested by the Department, the Recipient must provide to the Department a report within 40 Business Days of the request, including but not limited to the following information: an assessment of the Project to date; an updated Project MERI Plan; and an updated Project Budget.

  • Confirmation of this will be provided as part of the scheduled reports due after 30 June [insert year].” The Recipient must submit progress reports and a final report in accordance with the MERI Strategy and the Project MERI Plan, as specified in the Milestone Schedule and to the satisfaction of the Department.

  • Unless the Recipient is otherwise notified by the Department, the Department will reject or approve the draft Project MERI Plan within 40 Business Days of submission by the Recipient under clause 25(a).
