Merger Order definition

Merger Order means Applications filed by Qwest Communications International Inc. and CenturyTel, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink for Consent to Transfer Control, Memorandum Opinion and Order, WC Docket No. 10-110, 26 FCC Rcd 4194 (March 18, 2011).
Merger Order means the Commission order consenting to the transfer of control of authorizations and licenses, in connection with the merger between GTE Service Corporation and Bell Atlantic Corporation adopted and released by the Commission on June 16, 2000 (CC Docket No. 98-184).

  • Upon written request by ICG, accompanied by a statement of the Verizon Services that ICG expects to add, modify or terminate in conjunction with ICG’s exercise of its rights under Section 252(i) or the Merger Order MFN Provisions, to the extent commercially practicable, Verizon will provide to ICG an estimate of the rearrangement costs that Verizon expects to incur.

  • In addition to ICG’s responsibility for rearrangement costs as stated above, ICG shall pay any termination charges associated with ICG’s termination of Verizon Services in conjunction with ICG’s exercise of ICG’s rights under Section 252(i) or the Merger Order MFN Provisions.

  • For purposes of this Attachment, a “Fiber-Based Collocator” is, as defined in 47 CFR § 51.5 and the AT&T/BellSouth Merger Order.

Related to Merger Order

  • Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;

  • Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

  • Sale Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, which Order shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, with such changes as may be consented to by Buyer (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) or as the Parties may mutually agree.
