Merck Finanz means Merck-Finanz AG, a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg register of trade and companies under the number B 9108 and having its registered office at 69 route d’▇▇▇▇, L2593 Luxembourg.
