Merck Conversion Ratio definition
Merck Conversion Ratio means the quotient obtained by dividing (i) the Merck Pre-Spin Value by (ii) the Merck Post-Spin Value.
Merck Conversion Ratio means the quotient obtained by dividing (i) the Merck Pre-Spin Value by (ii) the Merck Post-Spin Value. “Merck DCP” means the Merck & Co., Inc. Deferral Program.
