Merchant Sites means the various websites, applications and other platforms owned or controlled by the Merchant or other sites powered by Magento for the Merchant.

Examples of Merchant Sites in a sentence

  • Merchant further agrees to (a) comply with Affirm Policies and Service Terms in displaying Affirm Marks on Merchant Sites and in Merchant marketing materials, and (b) include Affirm Marks wherever Merchant markets, offers, or promotes the Services.

  • With respect to Program Credits relating to transactions processed through the Amazon Pay Widget on Processed Merchant Sites, Settled Loan Proceeds will be disbursed to Amazon Payments.

  • The Merchant agrees that the rights and obligations set forth in the Agreement will apply to all Merchant Sites listed in an Order Form, any additional URLs, and other channels, which may include physical retail locations and telesales systems (each, a “Channel”), in which the Parties will market and offer the Services.

  • You grant us the royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, publicly display, or otherwise publish ratings or reviews of Products from the Merchant Sites (the “Merchant Site Product Reviews”) on the Verishop Sites.
