Merchant Report definition

Merchant Report means the report generated by the Merchant whether manually or by executing the Settlement Function or executing the relevant function on the relevant Payment Acceptance Equipment and Materials.

  • The Sub- Merchant Report shall also include a total of unauthorized returns and a summary of all losses suffered or incurred by Sub-Merchant, or reasonably expected by Sub-Merchant to be suffered or incurred, in connection with failed or reversed transactions, activity or fines assessed against Sub-Merchant relating to its activities under this Agreement during the prior calendar month.

  • RHB Bank shall not be obliged to pay the Merchant the amount of any Charges whether the Charges or EDC Slip or Sales Draft, Mail Order or Telephone Order forms or the Merchant Report and/or all the other relevant documents including but is not limited to the Credit Voucher presented on collection basis unless and until the said amount has been received by RHB Bank.

  • The collection fee shall vary according to the transaction amount recorded on the Charges or EDC Slip or the Sales Draft or the Mail Order or Telephone Order form or the Merchant Report.

  • The TSYS Orphan Merchant Report shows Discover MAP merchants that appear in TSYS’ Merchant Accounting System but do not appear in the Discover Registration database.

  • The Sub- Merchant Report for each calendar month during the term of this Agreement must be received by American Payments Solutions LLC no later than the 5th day of each calendar month for Entries processed in the preceding month.

  • The Discover Orphan Merchant Report shows merchants that appear in the Discover Registration database but do not appear in TSYS’ Merchant Accounting System.

  • The Optional Discover Merchant Registration reports fee includes the Discover Data Exception Report, TSYS Orphan Merchant Report, and Discover Orphan Merchant Report.
