Merchant Platform definition

Merchant Platform means Merchant’s online portal for payment submission along with all associated software code, routines, business processes and related intellectual property of Merchant.
Merchant Platform means the website/mobile with the domain name or Application name and which is established by the Merchant Platform for the purposes of enabling Payers and Receivers to carry out Transactions.
Merchant Platform means the mobile or other application, web-application, weblink or any other platform owned and/or operated by the Merchant for sale of its products/services.

More Definitions of Merchant Platform

Merchant Platform means the means, including but not limited to websites and applications, which allow multiple merchants to offer goods and services to customers through a single platform.
Merchant Platform means any website(s), mobile application(s), and mobile website(s) (optimized or otherwise, including any site designed for tablets) or other e-commerce channels (including mobile web, hybrid, and native applications or sites) where the Merchant accepts and processes VIS Transactions which may be using the Moneris Platform and Service.

  • Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
