Merchant Offer definition

Merchant Offer means the Joint Program offer that a merchant makes to CSI Members through the CSI Web Site or a Joint Program web site from time to time.

  • Bank of America has the right to veto any merchant or Merchant Offer for any reason.

  • CSI will immediately notify FDMS of any rejected Merchant Offer and will cooperate with FDMS and the applicable FDMS Merchant in order to educate such FDMS Merchant on the Offer Standards and ways to resubmit a Merchant Offer that will not result in rejection.

  • For each credit card registered in the CoolDining Program for which FDMS is required to provide Fulfillment Services, each fulfilled Merchant Offer shall appear on the applicable CoolDining Program Member's credit card statement as a separate transaction item clearly denoted as a "CoolDining" credit, pursuant to the terms of the MPA.

  • FDMS shall proof and edit all Merchant Offers prior to the submission of each such Merchant Offer to CSI (and the cost of such service shall be a Deduction as more fully set forth on Exhibit 6l).

  • CSI reserves the right at all times to refuse, reject, censor, or withdraw, without notice, any Merchant Offer that CSI deems to be improper for any reason.

  • The parties acknowledge that in the event that any Merchant Offer fails for any reason to appear on the applicable Joint Program Web Site or is in any way incorrectly posted, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be the placement of, or the corrected posting of, such Merchant Offer on the applicable Joint Program Web Site for an additional period equal to the period in which it fails to appear or appeared incorrectly.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that Bank of America will not have any right to change the specific content or copy within a Merchant Offer.

  • Participating Merchants will offer a statement credit or cash back when customers use a Card to purchase certain items offered by the Participating Merchant ("Offer" or "Offers").

  • If Merchant continues to maintain its account after the Beta Testing Period and has been in good standing since inception of its account, Merchant shall be entitled, for a period of three months, to pay a discounted fee to Flutter of 10% of the gross amount of any transaction on any regular Merchant Offer purchase made through the Application.

  • Participating Merchants will offer a statement credit when you use a Card to purchase certain items offered by the Participating Merchant ("Offer" or "Offers").
