Merchant Branches definition

Merchant Branches means all branches, shops or online shops of the Merchant where Card and/or Home Credit QR payment is accepted. In case new branches, shops or online shops will be opened during the existence of this Agreement, those branches, shops or on-line shops will automatically be included.

Examples of Merchant Branches in a sentence

  • Eligible Cardholders and Customers are entitled to earn the corresponding cashback rate, in an amount to be agreed by the Parties, for every transaction in the Merchant Branches using their HCC, HC QR Code, Home Credit Pay, or other Home Credit products.

  • All Home Credit Mobile App Users are entitled to avail the corresponding discounted rate for qualified transactions in the Merchant Branches.

Related to Merchant Branches

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Authorized Branches means those Branches of Distributors or Distribution Companies which are allowed by the Management Company to deal in Units of the Funds managed by the Management Company.

  • Branches means Branches of ICICI Bank UK PLC in the United Kingdom.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Card Services means the services that can be availed of using your Card.
