Special requests for expedited scheduling or turnarounds can be made at time of request, which Mercatus will make best efforts to deliver against.
Any service level commitments made by Mercatus in connection with the Services or Platform are as specified in the Exhibits attached to this Agreement or as further specified in the Service Order.
Any and all information and data provided by the Customer to Mercatus and/or uploaded by the Customer to the Platform will be considered Customer’s Confidential Information and any information relating to the Platform and Services and the Aggregate Data shall be considered Mercatus Confidential Information, unless it falls within the exceptions in the next sentence.

Should Customer change the scope of Services under this ICS such that the engagement expands beyond the final technical requirements and project plan in the Functional Requirements Document, then Customer and Mercatus shall enter into a Change Request to this ICS.
Mercatus may provide from time to time professional consulting and customization services for Customer’s deployment of the Platform.
Customer will have login access to the Mercatus Support Portal, which provides access to the Mercatus forums (Knowledge Base), Mercatus documentation, and an online form for submitting support tickets.
Mercatus will make all commercially viable efforts to keep the Platform available at least 99.95% of each month during the Term, excluding “Scheduled Downtime” and “Other Causes” (“Service Level Commitment”).
Mercatus reserves the right to request access to Customer entity record(s) and data to help troubleshoot or access any issues or Service requests.
Mercatus offers hourly support for using the Mercatus Application Protocol Interface (API) for integrating third party software tools on an as needed and quoted basis.
