MEPSA definition
MEPSA means the Recipient’s Ministère de l’Enseignement Primaire et Secondaire chargé de l’Alphabétisation (Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education and Alphabetization);
MEPSA shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
