MEPPS definition
MEPPS means the Michigan emergency pharmaceutical program for seniors.
MEPPS means, collectively, those multi-employer pension plans to which the Debtors are or, since January 1, 2011, have been obligated to make contributions or other payments pursuant to collective bargaining or other agreements with a Union or under applicable law.
