MEPP means a multi-employer pension plan within the meaning of the Pension Benefits Act (Ontario) or its equivalent within the meaning of any pension benefits standards legislation adopted by the federal or any provincial government of Canada, or a “multiemployer plan” (as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA).
