MEP Work definition

MEP Work means the work being performed at the Property pursuant to the MEP Contract.
MEP Work means the work being performed at the Property pursuant to the MEP Contract. “Mutual Closing Condition Failure” means a failure of a Mutual Closing Condition.
MEP Work means the installation of a new HVAC system with supply & return shafts as described in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 of this Exhibit A, plumbing as described in Section 10 of this Schedule 1, and the construction of the MEP Rooms on each floor of the Premises as set forth in Section 2.4 of this Schedule 1. The Warm Shell/Base Building will not include the following items, except to the extent such items are set forth in Section 13 above with respect to the restrooms within the Expansion Space;

Examples of MEP Work in a sentence

  • Combined MEP Work shall include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems work including, derivative specialty systems such as temperature control, building automation, fire alarm etc.

  • The first category shall be equal to sums due for Landlord’s MEP Work and any costs and expenses of Landlord’s TI Work made more expensive or time consuming or otherwise resulting in additional costs and expenses arising out of Landlord’s MEP Work which shall be paid directly by Landlord to Landlord’s Contractor in accordance with the provisions contained herein and not as a part of the Allowance (as defined below).

  • If the MEP Work has not yet been completed and/or there are sums remaining to be paid under the MEP Contract, Purchaser shall receive a credit in the amount of any outstanding amounts that remain unpaid as of the Closing, irrespective of whether the MEP Work thereunder has been completed.

  • Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that Landlord’s Contract shall include a mechanism to separate Landlord’s MEP Work and Landlord’s TI Work based upon the current estimated allocation of MEP and TI Work as set forth on Schedule 6 attached hereto and made a part hereof (“Cost Allocation”).

  • Landlord shall in good faith modify the MEP Work to incorporate Tenant’s suggested revisions in a mutually satisfactory manner, but Tenant shall finally approve in all respects the final pricing for the MEP Work not later than the later to occur of (i) March 12, 2013, or (ii) 5 business days from the receipt of the final pricing for the MEP Work from Landlord (the “MEP Approval Date”) .

  • Not later than March 7, 2013, Landlord shall submit the final pricing for the MEP Work (including copies of the applicable competitive bid responses, if requested by Tenant) to Tenant for its reasonable approval.

  • The Cost Allocation shall be updated from time to time by Landlord with Tenant’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, as actual costs and/or final firm estimates for Landlord’s MEP Work and Landlord’s TI Work are obtained.

  • The pricing of the MEP Work and the Remainder Work so approved by Tenant is herein collectively referred to as the “Final Cost Estimate”.

Related to MEP Work

  • New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • job work means any treatment or process undertaken by a person on goods belonging to another registered person and the expression “job worker” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
