  • Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Lender will make on the date of this Agreement an advance to Borrowers computed with respect to the value of all Eligible Securities owned by the Mennen Trust on the date of this Agreement (the “Advance”) in the principal amount, if any, set forth in Section 2(a) of Schedule A.
