  • To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project through MENFP in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Not later than 1 month after the Effective Date, the Recipient shall, through MENFP and in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, select and appoint to the PMT an assistant coordinator for the implementation of the Project as referred to in part A.1(a) of this Schedule.
