Memorandums definition

Memorandums means the memorandum of lease to be executed by Landlord and Tenant, and the memorandum of lease to be executed by Landlord Affiliates (as the same exist on the Effective Date) and Tenant, and each recorded against their respective portions of the Center pursuant to Section 21.7 in the forms of Exhibit H and Exhibit H-1 hereto.
