Membership Types definition

Membership Types means the membership types set out in the Personal Particulars, and include each of the following:

Membership Types means any one of the types of Memberships authorized by the Association from time to time which, in each case, includes use rights to occupy Units within the Projects, which use rights are evidenced by a predetermined fixed number of Points, which Points such Members are permitted to redeem during each Use Term for room/nights of stay in an Assigned Unit, together with use of the Common Facilities at any Project during each Use Period, according to the Point Valuation Schedule as administered pursuant to the Rules and Regulations.

  • For all Membership Types, other than Community Membership, a deposit of one month’s Membership Fee is required (the Deposit), to be paid when you sign this Agreement.
