Membership Cap definition
Membership Cap means the maximum number of natural persons permitted to be Members of the Association at any one time in accordance with these Rules.
Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.
Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.
Membership date means the date upon which the member began participating in the system as provided in KRS 78.615;
Taxable value per membership pupil means taxable value, as certified by the department of treasury, for the calendar year ending in the current state fiscal year divided by the district’s membership excluding special education pupils for the school year ending in the current state fiscal year.
Co-Investors means (a) the Investors, (b) the Management Group, (c) any Related Person of any of the foregoing and (d) their respective Affiliates (excluding any portfolio company thereof).
