Member’s Fund definition

Member’s Fund means the aggregate, under an arrangement, of the accumulated values of: • the contributions paid to the scheme by or in respect of the member to an account; • any transfer payment accepted by the scheme in respect of the member applied to an account; • any pension credit rights accepted by the scheme in respect of the member applied to an account; and • any income or capital gain arising from the investment of such amounts in an account.
Member’s Fund means the fund established for each Member holding the Member’s Balance;
Member’s Fund means the total of (i) the positive balance, if any, of the Prepaid Account of the PRC Service Member from time to time; and (ii) the positive balance of Deposit, if any, of the PRC Service Member from time to time;

Examples of Member’s Fund in a sentence

  • The Fund Capital Account balance of each Member shall be an amount equal to the Fund Contributions made by such Member, through its investment in the Company, to such Fund and any Capital Net Income allocated to such Member pursuant to Section 4.7(d), less any Capital Net Loss allocated to such Member pursuant to Section 4.7(d) and any distributions made to such Member from such Member’s Fund Capital Account pursuant to Section 4.8(b).

  • Each Member’s Fund Contribution shall also include the Fund Net Income allocated to its Capital Account that is attributable to such Member’s share of incentive allocation allocable to the Company from the Funds that is retained in the Funds as if it were an investment in such Fund.

  • The Fund Capital Account balance shall be adjusted to reflect any subsequent allocations of Capital Net Income (Loss) pursuant to Section 4.7(d) and any distributions made to such Member from such Member’s Fund Capital Account pursuant to Section 4.10(d).

  • Neither ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ nor the Trustees accept any liability for any decisions relating to the purchase, retention and sale of the investments within your Member’s Fund.

  • Consultant shall provide design submittals, cost estimates, schedules, as-built documents, and reports as outlined in the scope of work for the various design phases.

  • Member hereby authorizes Wheels Up to charge to Member’s credit card on file, or, where applicable, Member’s Fund Program, any fees described in this Section 11 that are not included in the cost of the flight at time of payment therefor as set forth in Section 10(c) above.

  • For Members who have an active Fund Program, the cost of the flight, subject to Section 11, will be deducted from the amount remaining in Member’s Fund Program.

  • Each Member’s Fund Contribution shall also include the Fund Net Income allocated to its Capital Account that is attributable to such Member’s share of management fees and incentive allocations allocable to the Company from the Funds that is retained in the Funds as if it were an investment in such Fund.

  • The Board in its sole discretion may also pay out the Member’s Fund Credit on the occurrence of an event referred to in Rule 3(3) if the requirements contained in that Rule are satisfied.

  • Each Member’s Fund Contribution shall also include the Fund Gross Income allocated to its Capital Account that is attributable to such Member’s share of incentive allocation allocable to the Company from the Master Fund and the Onshore Feeder that is retained in the Master Fund or the Onshore Feeder as if it were an investment in such Fund.
