Member support definition

Member support means the dollar amount which is billed monthly to the member or legal representative for the member’s care.

  • Member support Provision of a contact centre to respond to Member enquiries via appropriate support media.

  • For any claim on the Claim Form that the Settlement Class Member attests is supported by documentary proof by checking the applicable box, the Administrator will determine whether the documents submitted by the Settlement Class Member support the amount claimed and whether the Claim Form is completed and signed.
