Member Statement definition

Member Statement means the statement issued by Fram Farmers to a Member as further described in section 5.5.1;
Member Statement means the document from time to time provided by the Responsible Entity to members in such form and with such content and with such frequency and specifying such particulars as the Responsible Entity determines with respect to Membership, Entitlement, use or non-use of that Entitlement, other benefits and conditions and moneys owing or paid and includes a Transaction Statement;

  • EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.

  • Prospectus Directive means Directive 2003/71/EC (as amended, including by Directive 2010/73/EU) and includes any relevant implementing measure in the Relevant Member State;

  • Member Country means the member of the Association in whose territory the Project is carried out or any such member’s political or administrative subdivisions.”

  • European Commission means the European Commission or any successor entity that is responsible for granting Marketing Approvals authorizing the sale of pharmaceuticals in the European Union.
