Member-Elect definition

Member-Elect means a person elected as Member and notified as such by the Election Commission of Pakistan, but has not as yet made oath as stipulated in rule 6;
Member-Elect. - shall mean a person who has been elected to be a Member but whose term of office has not commenced.
Member-Elect means an individual who has been interviewed by the Committee and who has been granted the status of Permanent/Service Member-Elect pending confirmation as Permanent/Service Member.

  • The Lease may be signed by the Member-Elect before taking office.

  • Should the Member-Elect not take office to serve as a Member of the 115th Congress, the Lease will be considered null and void.
